And The Secret to Permanent Weight Loss Is…


Before I tell you what it is, let me tell you what it isn’t…

Permanent weight loss never has been, is now, or ever will come in the form of a product you can buy.

I don’t care what the advertising says or how many glowing testimonials it has. Any diet, pill, meal plan, point system- whatever- is going to be a “collective solution.”

However, weight loss is an individual issue.

Collective solutions don’t work for individual issues [that's why doctors don't see twenty patients at a time].

I’ve been helping people here for over seven years now [with the New Body New Life Program and my Individualized Coaching Plans] and NOT ONCE did any of them ever go about this the same way.

There’s just too many personal variables, abilities, circumstances, and preferences.

I’ve had young and able people give up for no other reason than they were – to be blunt – too lazy to take care of their own health.

And I’ve had people with severe injuries and devastating personal losses succeed in ways I couldn’t imagine.

So what’s the secret?

Well, like most things in life, there really are no -quote unquote – secrets. There’s only what you don’t know.

And thanks to A LOT of misleading advertising, what you should know is very difficult to find. But if I were to list the two top things you should know, it would be these:

Don’t try to adapt your life to what someone else thinks you should be doing. Instead, take the proven principles that never fail and adapt them to fit you.

Meaning the only thing that works is eating natural food and getting active, but don’t try to eat and get active in ways that don’t fit your likes, circumstances, and abilities.

Instead, eat your favorite natural foods and challenge yourself physically in ways that you enjoy.

The next “secret” is to plan for your “issues” in advance. And by issues, I mean whatever is going to try and stop you from eating natural food and getting active.

The simple truth that very few people have the courage to tell you [because they don't want to scare you off] is this:

You’re going to have to change some things.

In other words, you can’t possibly expect to keep doing what’s been making you gain weight, and have it suddenly make you lose it.

For example, let’s say like me, you REALLY like soda. However, you now realize that three or four sodas a day are going to total up to around 800 calories you don’t have time to burn off.

That means soda is an “issue” – something that’s going to stand in the way of your progress. Which means it would be a very smart idea to plan in advance how you’re going to remove said issue.

Right here is a classic example of why this is a totally individual experience. Some people can say “No problem. I’ll just drink iced tea instead.”

While for others, giving up soda is going to be like breaking a drug addiction.

Regardless of the issue, it’s going to come down to one thing: How well you handle that issue.

Which is why I recommend to plan on how you’re going to handle issues in advance- and to recognize in advance since issues are unique to the individual- you’re going to have to handle them yourself- because no one can remove issues for you.

I don’t mean to sound harsh, it’s just the way it works. It’s just like learning to swim. Someone can tell you how to do it all day long, but until you get in water and do it yourself, you’ll never learn.

But that’s the exact reason success here is so meaningful and life changing.

It’s not the natural food or exercises that transform you.

It’s seeing your “issues” and no longer allowing them to control your life.

It’s no longer being beholden to unhealthy products someone wants to sell you.

It’s developing the faith, courage, and determination to make healthy choices in a world that wants the opposite.

That’s how a new body, gives you a new life.
