The first thing I want to make clear is this: Don’t let anyone try to sell you special weight loss food or exercise equipment. You don’t need one special thing to lose all the weight you want- as PROVEN by my least favorite statistic:

What are the best exercises for losing weight? The ones you’ll do.
Don’t expect to stick with a weight loss plan doing exercises you hate. When I went to lose weight, I tried running [more like slow jogging]. However, I never learned to like it. Some people love running, then that’s the perfect weight loss exercise for them. I prefer swimming. However, most of the time I use an old stair stepper machine. It’s easier on my old joints and I can stay inside and watch TV instead of trying to run in the Florida heat. I just found the best weight loss exercise that worked for me I also like to lift weights [not bodybuilding, I don’t have the genetics or youth for that] just basic weight training.]
You see, it does not matter one bit how you loose weight, as long as you go about it the way it actually works [creating a small daily calorie deficit]. Your body doesn’t care if you burn calories by swimming instead of going for a fast walk or a slow run. It doesn’t care if you reduce your calories by fasting- or eating six small healthy meals a day. All your body knows is more calories are being used than consumed, therefore, it has NO CHOICE but to burn fat for energy.
My biggest weight loss tip is this: You CANNOT succeed at weight loss without creating a calorie deficit.
NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK.
So if you need help to lose weight, please take my advice and don’t try to lose weight any other way. If you try to losing weight fast with a pill or other weight loss scam, you’re going to fail. Then you give up trying to lose weight- and that’s the WORST thing that can happen. Weight loss can happen faster and easier than you imagine if you just stick with finding the right eating and exercising habits that work for you.
I repeat: Walking, running, swimming, weight lifting, elliptical- it does not matter. What matters is that you simply get in the habit of doing SOMETHING.
So you see, there’s no such thing as an ideal weight losing exercise. Everyone is different. The “perfect” weight loss foods are the natural ones you’ll eat- and the “perfect’ exercises are the ones you’ll do.
Succeeding at weight loss is nothing more than doing what makes you lose weight instead of gain it. It’s all in changing your habits from ones that are causing you to gain weight- over to new habits that cause you to lose it. That’s it. However, that’s where everyone fails. They either try weight loss short cuts that can’t work permanently- like diets, pills, patches, etc. Or they do what works, but they give up because their new fat loss habits were too difficult- all because they never took the time to find the best food and exercises for them.
Permanent weight loss can be made easy, IF we just take the time to learn what works for us when it comes to changing our habits. After I finally leaned how to lose weight, I felt so much better on all levels of life that I wrote an ebook about how anyone can learn to change their habits too. Since changing the habits is the key, there’s no lists of special weight loss foods or special fat loss workouts in my book. My weight loss solution is simple: Identify the bad habits, and one at a time, change them to good habits that you can easily live with. It’s a fast weight loss solution because it works.
