Here’s the first thing I want you to know:
You don’t need to buy ANYTHING to lose all the weight you want, feel years younger, improve your appearance, and change your outlook on life.
People that say you need a pill, herb, tea, patch, berry, diet program, exotic supplement- WHATEVER- only want to sell you something. Talk to someone without a hidden agenda [like your doctor] and they will tell you the ONLY thing that works for weight loss, fitness, and radiant health:
“You need to eat right and get some exercise.”
I’m going to BEG you here. Since nothing else works- don’t waste your time or money doing anything else. Your best future is in your little everyday choices. Change those and you will change your life.
I also want you to know I failed at taking care of my most precious asset [my health] for THIRTY years. If I can do this, anyone can. But be careful! The level of lies, fraud, and misinformation about weight loss and fitness is incredible. Too many people have no problem exploiting the emotions of others for profit. They do that by telling them health, weight loss, or longevity will come fast and easy- if they only buy _______.
That is a LIE.
Everything you need to transform your body and life can be found in a grocery store- and in your own head. The really ironic thing is this: When you go about this the way it works in reality- it really does become fast and easy. It’s trying to take shortcuts with diets, pills, and scams that drag it out- because [and I don't care what the advertising says] these things have all been PROVEN NOT TO WORK by about 200 million Americans blowing through about 40 billion dollars a year.
What more proof do you need?
You know deep down short cuts never take you anywhere in life. Don’t attempt them with your most precious asset. You can transform your body, mind, and future into what you want it to be. But you have to be willing to change your negative habits into positive ones.
If you’re not willing to change over to new habits, it does not matter what you buy. Looking back at all the times I failed, I can see that I either tried what could not possibly work [like a scam] or I tried things that were too hard for me [like running at six in the morning].
When I finally succeeded, all I did was change my habits over to new ones that easily fit in with my life.
I can promise that if you just take an honest look at your habits, and change the ones that are tripping you up, you’ll look back one day and wonder why you ever put off having a new body and life.
