Decided it’s time to permanently transform your body, life, and future?
If you are, then it’s time someone told you the truth:
It doesn’t matter how many “fat burning tips” or “flat belly exercises” you know.
It doesn’t matter how old you are , what your gender is, or if you have lousy genetics [like
me].
What matters is you don’t forget knowledge without action is useless.
Which begs the REAL crux of the issue question:
How do you use information, when the world- and your own mind- gives you a thousand
excuses not to?
In other words, when you know what to do, how do you do it?
The answer to that question holds the key to your success. And guess what?
No one can give you that answer. The only to way to get it is to find it yourself.
Let me share what works for me.
I think of Sergeant Bryan Anderson.
Sergeant Anderson lost his legs and one arm in Iraq, is selfless service to his country.
When I don’t feel like exercising or eating healthy, I think to myself:
“If Sergeant Anderson can live the rest of his life like that for me, I can live a few minutes
like this for him.”
That “thought” has never failed me.
Are you seeing the lesson here?
Health and fitness information is not the issue. Information on how to get a new body is
everywhere.
The issue is putting that information to use.
In other words, once you know what you should be doing, what matters is having the
motivation or determination to actually do it- in a world that relentlessly pressures you
not to.
That is what’s so tricky about motivation, discipline, desire, etc… it’s unique to the
individual.
What works for me may not work for you, and vice versa.
However, finding your “answer” is how you’ll separate yourself from the 95% of
people that fail at a physical transformation.
You need to dig deep into your psyche and find something that’s more powerful than the
thought that’s telling you it’s okay to do what you used to do.
Maybe it’s a picture of your kids or grand-kids. Maybe it’s a promise you’ve written down
to a loved one.
It doesn’t matter what it is. All that matters is when you’re face to face with sofa or
running shoes- or donut and apple- that “thought” overwhelms the weaker side of you and
creates positive action.
So step one, gather up your food and exercise info. Make sure it’s honest and legitimate
[no hidden agenda to sell you supplements, vitamins, or diet foods].
Step two, find your motivator [you may have several, again it doesn't matter what it is as
long as it "speaks" to you].
Step three, get started and take action.
Step four, be prepared for your own mind to fight you- especially at first- but whatever you
do, no matter how many times you fail, do NOT give up until “old” you gives up first.
Learning new habits is like walking through tall grass. It’s takes repeated trips
down the same path until the way is clear and easy.
More than any food or exercise information available, I just shared with you the real “secret” to transforming your body, life, and future.
That’s because it DOES NOT MATTER what exact natural foods you eat, the choices are
endless.
IT DOES NOT MATTER what challenging physical activities you do, the choices are
endless here as well.
What matters is you see what you’re doing that’s unhealthy, and you do NOT GIVE UP
until those old choices are replaced with new ones.
DO NOT over-think this.
You do not need to put together the “ideal” diet or exercise plan. There is no such thing.
The ideal diet is the natural foods you’ll eat. The best exercise in the world is the one
you’ll actually do.
When you get right down to it, all you have to do is TWO THINGS:
Eat five or six meals of natural food- that you like- and challenge
yourself physically at least once a day- in a way you like.
That’s how simple you want to make this- and here’s the important part:
You face head-on whatever “issues” are stopping you from doing these two
things- and you don’t back down until you’ve defeated those issues.
If you want to succeed in the fastest and easiest way possible- and do it permanently- I
promise you on everything I hold sacred this is the ONLY thing that will EVER work.
No pill, herb, juice, tea, sprinkle or diet shake can do this for you.
With nothing more than determination and persistence, you will quickly “rewire” your
brain and the correct choices will get easier and easier.
Soon you’ll be doing what’s best for your health, happiness, and future without a second thought.
Then and only then is when your new body- and amazing new life of clarity and
freedom- will make their appearance.
If you’ve been putting this off, get started. If you’ve started and quit, get started again.
It’s important- not just for your body- but life.
It’s important- not just for your future- but to everyone counting on you to
lead them to a better place.
