I’m not taking about the type of freedom you’ll lose if you decide to stop paying taxes, I’m talking about true “personal freedom.”
To find out if you’re a prisoner of your own keeping or free, try this simple experiment: Try to go ONE day without something you don’t need, but have gotten into the habit of having.
For some of you it will be something as simple as coffee. For others it will be donuts, or candy, or alcohol, or porn, or drugs, or cigarettes, or soda, or energy drinks, or…
I think you get the picture- and chances are, you’re not going to like this next part:
If you can’t walk away from something [other than responsibility or life's true necessities] you don’t own it.
It owns you.
You can tell yourself that you’re free. You’re not. You are beholden to something other than God.
That’s not freedom. That’s self induced slavery.
The people that make things that are unhealthy for us, have a name for us. They call us
useful idiots.
Think about it, you are using your own money to slowly [or sometimes quickly] drain, damage, or destroy your life.
Does that sound like something a “smart” person would do?
If you hear yourself saying “I deserve it” or it’s a “harmless treat.” You’re lying to yourself.
Nothing damages our bodies, lives, and futures- more than lies.
The lies others tell us, and the lies we tell ourselves.
It does not matter exactly what you eat or how you work out.
What matters is that you are the one in control- that you are beholden to no one or nothing.
That my friend is a life of clarity and freedom like nothing you can imagine.
Stop being a pawn, tell the people that exploit you for profit NO.
This is my one and only body and life- and you can’t have them.
If you want to transform your body and ENTIRE life in the quickest way possible, be unflinchingly honest with others, and yourself.
Especially yourself.
What you’ve heard so many times is correct:
The truth will set you free.
When all the lies and delusions come down, your best body AND life will make their appearance.
How quickly?
It depends on you. The longer you’ve been lying- and the bigger the lies- the longer it will take to transform your life and future into what you them to be.
Not sure it’s “worth it?” Trust me, a life beholden to no one or nothing is worth it more than you can imagine.
If you don’t do it for yourself, do it for your children…
Because we will never change our future, or the future of our country, until we first change ourselves.
