What Jennifer Aniston Ate To Prepare For Her “Stripper” Role

A week or so ago I was web surfing and saw the above story, which discussed how forty four year old actress Jennifer Aniston prepared for her “stripper” scene in her latest movie.

Immediately I thought “Here we go, what’s it going to be this time? A ten day detox with nothing but lemon water? The Hollywood Cookie Diet? The Mango diet?

Nope. Jennifer Aniston must have hired a “real” nutritionist or personal trainer, because whomever helped her had her eat what really is the most effective way to lose fat.

Ready for the big diet secret?

Vegetables and lean proteins.

The reason this is so effective is because it essentially puts your body into a state of “automatic” fat loss. Meaning, your body will burn fat on it’s own, without much additional effort from you.

It’s not magic, as a matter of fact it’s exactly how bodybuilders and fitness models get so lean before a contest or a photo shoot [they do, however, often add cardio to get results even faster].

It works because protein is thermogenic, meaning it takes more energy to break down and use than it contains. It’s the same with veggies [which is why you never see a fat vegetarian].

So if this is so effective, why doesn’t the diet and weight loss industry tell you about it?

Because there’s no way to “package” and sell it.

Diet companies need to sell you “special” meals, system, or plans to make money.

This is free. All it takes is regular food from a regular grocery store.

If you think this is too strict, that’s fine, you can add in any other type of food you want.

You just need to know that whatever else you add, it may slow your fat loss progress [depending on what it is and how much of it you eat, of course].

The “trick” is to mostly eat the protein and veggies you enjoy. As I mentioned in a recent newsletter, when I want to lose some fat quickly, I’ll eat a giant egg, veggie, and sausage omelet for breakfast. For lunch I’ll have a giant cob salad with eggs, cheese, turkey, and bacon. [Have I ever mentioned how much I love bacon?]

For dinner I’ll have a big juicy steak and a big baked potato covered in butter [the potato is an example of adding in a non protein or veggie].

But guess what? Since it’s natural food, the potato doesn’t matter. If you’re going to get part of your meals from something other than protein and veggies, it doesn’t matter all that much if it’s a starch, fruit, nut, or seed.

What matters most is that it ISN’T a diet or health food some giant food processing company wants to sell you.

Listen, there are countless ways to lose fat, but most of them require deprivation, which is too difficult for most people.

Why torture yourself, why not go about this in a way that lets you eat big meals of your favorite foods?

Jennifer Aniston – and countless other “older” fit people – are proof that a lean, healthy, and toned body is not an age thing.

“It’s a getting the right knowledge and applying it in a way you can live with” thing.

To your health and success, and may God bless,
